Introduction

In this section we describe types of supports and adjustments available for health professionals with disabilities (temporary or permanent) which will allow you to rehabilitate them back to the workplace and maintain them in work, including external resources you may find useful. We also explain what reasonable adjustments you may need to consider as an employer under the Equality Act.
