The Quality, Reviews and Intelligence Team is responsible for coordinating the production of a detailed report following quality visits, and the population of an action plan with the visit findings in conjunction with the lead visitor and the other members of the visiting team.

Publically sharing the information in quality visit reports is viewed as an important part of informing patients, the public, trainees and other key stakeholders of the outcomes of quality management and the LEPs’ commitment to education and training.

Visit reports will only be published once they have been agreed and finalised by the relevant trust and will therefore not be available directly after a visit. We aim to publish all reports within 30 days.
