Coaching and Mentoring for Dentists and Dental Care Professionals

Mentoring enables the exploration of needs, motivations, desires, skills, and thought processes to assist a mentee in making lasting change in a supportive and non-judgemental environment. We are launching a NEW Coaching and Mentoring service for Dentists and Dental Care Professionals.

What we offer

• Learning and development mentorship and coaching for dentists and DCPs
• Educational Support and Personal Development Plans
• Mentoring Training - for current and prospective mentors, to cover the fundamentals of providing effective mentoring and setting up a programme. 
• Facilitate networking - We are very happy to put you in contact with others interested in mentoring within your area and/or specialty.
• Help and guidance for mentors and mentees

• Administrative Support
• Centrally-delivered clinical mentorship
• Funding
