Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Q. When will the 2026 Public Health London ARCP panels take place?

A. 12 May and 20 May 2026.
*All ARCPs will be held in-absentia - trainees do not need to attend the panel.

Q. What is the deadline for submitting my ARCP documents?

A. 28 April 2026.
*All required documents must be completed and uploaded to the ePortfolio by the above date.

Q. Which forms do I need to complete for my ARCP?

A. You must complete and uploaded the forms listed in the ARCP Evidence Checklist, which includes (where applicable):

  • Learning Agreement
  • Educational Supervisor (ES) Report
  • Academic Progress Report (if applicable)
  • Pre-ARCP Report
  • CCT Calculator (now live on TSS)
  • Form R - Parts A & B (TSS download)
  • OOP Progress Form (if applicable)

*Only the forms linked in the checklist should be used. Using incorrect forms may result in an Outcome 5.

Q. Will my ePortfolio be accessible after I receive my CCT?

A. No.

Access to the ePortfolio ends in line with your training.
You are strongly advised to download and save any evidence or work you may wish to use in the future.
For further guidance please contact the FPH Helpdesk.

Q. What if my learning agreement changes before I submit evidence?

A. If your role or activities change significantly from what was originally agreed, your learning agreement can be updated to better reflect your current work plan. This helps the ARCP panel understand how learning outcomes will be met. Any updated learning agreement must be re‑signed by both the Educational Supervisor (ES) and the registrar (SpR).

Q. Are DOPS or WPAs required for ARCP, or are Activity Summary Sheets sufficient?

A. DOPS and WPAs are not required for ARCP. Activity Summary Sheets are sufficient.

DOPS/WPAs may be used where helpful to support Learning Outcome (LO) sign‑off.

Q. Do registrars need to meet with their TPD to complete the pre-ARCP form?

A. No.

A meeting with the Training Programme Director (TPD) is not required unless specifically requested by either the registrar or the TPD.
