— All required documents must be completed and uploaded to the ePortfolio by this date. — All ARCPs will be held in-absentia — trainees do not need to attend the panel. You must complete and upload the forms listed in the ARCP Evidence Checklist, which includes (where applicable): Only the forms linked in the checklist should be used.
