The Professional Support Unit

The Professional Support Unit offers a variety of FREE confidential and impartial multi-professional support services to NHS Healthcare professionals including virtual 1-2-1 support, virtual facilitated peer group sessions and online resources including E-Modules. In particular, If you are thinking about undertaking a period of absence, are currently absent or have recently returned from absence it is worth considering accessing Free 1-2-1 virtual coaching and career planning sessions. Both coaching and career planning sessions will allow you to consider and reflect on personal and professional goals and support you to confidently transition back into training.

You may also be interested in accessing some of the PSU workshops and peer support support groups around themes such as Enhancing performance and wellbeing, career planning, interview preparation and Examination support.
