Introduction to Supervision in Urgent and Unscheduled Care

Are you interested in supervising learner shifts in primary care?

This interactive course is for shift supervisors and those who support trainers/named supervisors with education in their practice.

You will learn and practice some educational skills including feedback, case discussion and supporting those who are struggling.

Multi professional course for primary care clinicians including GPs..

The course is one full day, 9.00am to 5.00pm, face to face and covers:

Skills required of an effective teacher and teaching methods
How to conduct a earning needs assessment
How to give feedback in the out of hours situation.
