For educational supervisors working in any aspect of healthcare in London and South East (KSS)

A series of virtual lunchtime seminars to promote discussion and reflection amongst educators in primary and secondary care.

The workshops cover the following themes:

  • October 7th Challenging the trainee deficit model
  • November 4th What is reasonable? Moving towards an appreciative stance
  • December 2nd Appreciative assessment methods
  • January 6th Is ‘ICE’ enough? Helping trainees to find meaning in the consultation

Who can attend?

The workshops are available to all NHS professionals in London and Kent, Surrey Sussex who currently have a supervisory role - educational supervisors, college tutors, programme directors and other educators.

You are welcome to attend as many workshops in the series as you wish. Although on related themes, each is a stand-alone event.
