From ‘impossible dream’ to ‘liveable reality’: A strengths-based approach to sustainable work life balance

This workshop is for trainee doctors who want to find sustainable ways to maintain a healthy work life balance through training and beyond. Whether maintaining a healthy balance sounds like ‘the impossible dream’ or simply a goal you feel you are fairly close to but could do with some help to achieve, this half-day workshop will support you. Facilitated by two PSU coaches with significant experience supporting trainees dealing with stress, burnout and loss of balance, the workshop takes a group coaching and interactive approach.
