Demystifying your career drivers: How to ensure satisfying and fulfilling career goals

In this interactive workshop you will be focusing on what's most important to you in making your training and career personally fulfilling. We will share a number of career coaching tools and self-awareness exercises which you are invited to complete prior to the workshop to help you to identify your top motivators, strengths, values and interests. You will have the opportunity to explore and expand these aspects of 'you' in breakout rooms with other participants and whole group discussions in the workshop. You will end up with the top 10 most important elements which you will prioritise. On the basis of these, there will be the opportunity to set some key goals and begin your action plan to make these happen.

Eligibility

A requirement of attending is that you are a doctor/ dentist and that:

you hold a current training number for London or Kent, Surrey or Sussex
are within 18 months prior to gaining CCT or within 3 months beyond achieving CCT
